Following my recent admission that Nurglings are my favourite 40k unit due to their disgusting playfulness, gleeful grossness and tactical usefulness, I’ve actually finished a unit all of my own. They’re not my best work, but they’re gribbly, slimy and they fit in perfectly with my existing Nurgle Daemons.
They were surprisingly time-consuming to paint. They’d probably have been easier if I’d painted them all the same but I wanted each to be a colourful pile of disgustingness, with the light green ones linking all the bases together. There’s lots of slime and distended pink organs and really not that much more to talk about – except that I can’t wait to one day witness them tying up some elite units and jigging their way across the ground.
Here’s another shot of them for you to enjoy (and for me to pad out this post). All painted using citadel paints and a W&N Series 7 000 brush. Onwards!
these look awesome! i will probably do something like this were there are lots of different colors so they are more interesting to look at 😀
