As you say – sometimes the progress just isn’t as quick or as spectacular as we’d like – I’m always interested to see what you’ve been up to hobby wise though, and sometimes the WiP pictures can be more illuminating and instructive than the finished article, showing how we go about getting to the product at the end of the line rather than just showing off a picture we can all swoon over!

    But yeah, you do need to tidy that desk, haha! I’ve actually found that not having a desk to paint on can be really helpful in that regard, as I use the kitchen table, so always have plenty of space for what I need, and I only bring out what I need to paint that day. I’m not suggesting you get rid of the desk entirely, but keeping the surface free of stuff certainly helps in terms of making smooth progress.
